The company is dedicated to providing high-efficiency and high-precision packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. With the upgrade of its product line, the company needed a wider variety of springs with higher precision for integration into its equipment.
Purchase Background & Challenges
To meet the functional needs of their equipment, the customer required small batches of springs in multiple shapes and specifications. However, due to the limited quantity and high precision demands, local spring suppliers in Indonesia offered extremely high pricing. The customer hoped to produce springs in-house, but lacked experience in spring machine operation and had concerns about learning and using such equipment.

After fully understanding the customer’s needs, Yinfeng recommended the YF-CNCN-1026 camless spring machine, known for its flexibility, high precision, and user-friendly operation. Onsite Visit & Technical Training
To address the customer's concerns about machine operation, Yinfeng invited them to visit our factory in China for hands-on training. On March 30, 2025, the customer flew from Indonesia to our facility. Prior to their arrival, Yinfeng had completed the production and testing of the YF-CNCN-1026 and even produced spring samples based on the customer’s product requirements.
Day 1: Upon arrival, the customer conducted an on-site inspection of the machine and sample springs, confirming that the performance fully met their expectations. In the afternoon, our technical engineers provided basic training on equipment operation.
Day 2: Under the guidance of our technical team, the customer successfully created and debugged spring programs for multiple products. By the end of the second day, they were able to independently program and operate the spring machine.
Results
After just two days of training, the customer was able to confidently operate the spring machine and independently manufacture springs for their pharmaceutical equipment. This not only drastically reduced outsourcing costs but also improved production efficiency and supply chain flexibility.
