The YF-CNC-5-80 provides greater forming flexibility than a basic four-axis planar wire bender while retaining a more
economical configuration than a full seven-axis 3D machine.
It is designed for components containing several controlled bend angles and limited out-of-plane features. Typical
products include automotive seat wires, pipe and hose clamps, furniture mechanism rods, mounting brackets and
industrial hanging components.
The maximum applicable diameter depends on the wire material. Hard materials and high-tensile wire may require a
reduced processing range compared with softer materials.
