The YF-CNC-12100 combines coordinated 12-axis servo control with a heavy-duty wire feeding and forming structure. Operators can program wire feeding, wire rotation, 

bending movements and forming sequences through the CNC control interface, enabling stable production of complex 2D and 3D heavy-wire components.


1.Coordinated 12-Axis Servo Control

The machine uses a coordinated 12-axis CNC servo control system to manage wire feeding, wire rotation, cutting and multiple forming movements. Each axis can operate 

independently or work together according to the programmed forming sequence, providing the flexibility required for complex heavy-wire products.


2.Multilingual CNC Programming Interface

The CNC control system provides a clear and user-friendly multilingual interface for machine setup, program editing and production monitoring. Chinese and English interfaces
