Yinfeng’s predecessor began operations in 1992 as a workshop engaged in spring manufacturing and wire forming.

During this early stage, the company accumulated practical experience in spring materials, wire feeding, coiling, bending, heat treatment, tooling and production adjustment. These hands-on manufacturing capabilities later became an important technical foundation for the development of Yinfeng spring-making equipment.

By understanding how springs behave during actual production, the company gradually built expertise not only in mechanical processing, but also in spring structure, wire characteristics and forming sequence design.

Around 2001, Yinfeng began placing greater emphasis on the research, development and manufacturing of CNC spring machines.

The company gradually introduced computer control, servo drive technology and automatic wire feeding systems into spring production equipment. These technologies helped improve production accuracy, repeatability and forming efficiency.

During this stage, Yinfeng began developing equipment for compression springs, torsion springs, extension springs and custom-shaped spring products.

The company also strengthened its capabilities in mechanical design, electrical control, tooling development and spring forming process support.

Yinfeng’s current international website uses the positioning “Trusted CNC Spring Machine Manufacturer Since 2001,” while also presenting 1992 as the origin of the company’s manufacturing history. These two dates can therefore be used for different milestones without conflict.
